What are your current job responsibilities?

I work as an injection molding engineer. My team works cooperatively on molding improvement, engineering proposals, FA schedule planning/tests, and preventive maintenance for machines. We also helping to improve DFM and related drawings.

How have you developed and what experience have you gained since you started working at VDI?

I joined VDI in 2008 straight after graduation. I have built up a career in which I can take full advantage of my specialist field. So far, in order to improve my specialized skills, I have received training at overseas factories in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and so on, and have learned about work in a group and communication skills. I'm really happy and satisfied to have been able to get this job.

Your comments and feelings about the company.

As VDI is still a small and young company, there are many things that must be overcome in order for it to develop further. This is a chance to rise to the challenge of doing our best and by doing so grow further, so that everyone can work effectively and happily. We have to set targets and do our best to achieve them.

What are your current job responsibilities?

Currently, I work as a supervisor in the QC department and the SO department. My main role is quality control and checking shipping volumes.

How have you developed and what experience have you gained since you started working at VDI?

I have been working in VDI for 5 years. I think VDI has a great management system and work environment. I have learned a lot of things at VDI.

Your comments and feelings about the company.

When it's needed, everyone can get advice and help. The company has a friendly atmosphere, so you can work comfortably.

What are your current job responsibilities?

As a member of the PC department, I'm in charge of drafting production plans.

How have you developed and what experience have you gained since you started working at VDI?

VDI is a good environment to make full use of my experience and develop management skills. Through the judicious policies of VDI management, I believe that our team will be able to create excellent management systems and work environments.

Your comments and feelings about the company.

VDI has a suitable culture for individuals to develop themselves. Because we can get suitable support from management, everyone is making a positive effort to develop the company.

What are your current job responsibilities?

I'm in charge of work related to imports and exports. My main duties are issuing contracts, bills, and packing lists for imports and exports, checking import documents, preparing customs declarations and communicating with carriers.

How have you developed and what experience have you gained since you started working at VDI?

Before joining VDI, I did not have any experience in relation to imports and exports. By acquiring knowledge and studying new import/export regulations every day, I built up specialist knowledge related to creating shipping documents, and I am now able to solve problems fast and effectively. I'm especially careful about accuracy with regard to numbers, and move work forward so that I can submit documents to customers and receive production materials and mechanical equipment on time.

Your comments and feelings about the company.

VDI is like a big family, and its members are all like brothers and sisters. In order to carry out our duties, we cooperate with each other, share happy things and sad things, and support each others' lives as employees.Since VDI's main business changed to injection molding, we have faced many obstacles and challenges. Everyone is doing their best for VDI's future growth.
