"Personal Information") to be provided from you(hereafter, "Information Provider")
through Daiichi's web site(www.daiichi-seiko.co.jp), recruiting activities and other
ordinary transaction, and Daiichi strictly and appropriately protect, handle and take
custody of the Personal Information as follows in conformity with the applicable
laws and regulations.

can specify an individual, for personnel administration purpose.

Within the necessary scope of the recruiting affairs, Daiichi may disclose the
Personal Information to an agency, who collects and analyzes the information
related to recruiting, under an appropriate contract.

Daiichi may store the Personal Information obtained through the recruiting
affairs for the future recruiting purpose extending over 5 years after the date
of receipt.
