Low Cost 2 Strip Stand Alone Auto Molding System / sf120 Now On Sale
Definitive Auto Molding System for multi product production


 We have developed 2strip Stand Alone Auto Molding System that is suited to multi product production.
This is New Auto Mold System which full fill customer needs.   High Quality, Low Cost & Short Lead Time. 

Daiichi Seiko has developed 2 Strips stand alone Auto Molding system and started to accept orders from Oct 2006. We have been prospecting to sale 10 systems in the first year.

We are also exhibiting actual equipment at Semicon Japan which will be held in Makuhari Messe on coming December.
sf120 is the 2 strip version of sf40, the 1 strips stand alone equipment which has been already well recognized in the market. The clamp force is upgraded to 120 ton from 40 ton to attend to customers needs for 2 strips.
We succeeded to reduce 50% of its floor space compared to our existing GP-PRO2 SP-120.
This system features as following;

Conversion time is minimized to 15min including mold heat up time by having optional off line chase preheater.

 Also it is possible to cater leading-age molding technology such as VAM (Vacuum Assisted Molding) and HFC (Hydraulic Floating Cavity) for thin or stack die package as an option.
